• View your history

3. Your Account

To use the application:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Inform us if your account is compromised

5. Limitation of Liability

InspectoMac is provided "as is" to help you manage your inspections. We do our best to ensure the application works properly, but:

• We do not guarantee that the application will always be available
• We are not responsible for errors in your reports
• You are responsible for your own inspections and their compliance
• We recommend always backing up your important data

6. Intellectual Property

The InspectoMac application and its content are protected by copyright. Your data (reports, photos) belongs to you. We only use it to provide you with the service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via your profile or by contacting us. We may also suspend your account in case of inappropriate use.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the application after modifications, you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Quebec.
